In Currie lingo it has both TAG (twist and go) and PAS (pedal assist). It will go up to 20 MPH! It is almost in disguise with its elegant looks, nimble handling, yet responsive electric power. This bike is designed for riders who like to pedal -- not just cruisem, although you can. Frame design is like a Trek FX or Specialized Sirrus fast hybrid bike. I rode one all over the hills at the Interbike test course at Boulder City, Nevada, and didn’t want to get off. It's a fast bike - equipped with strong, yet light 700C wheels and hybrid street treads (with Slime puncture-resistant inner tubes), it rolls best on the paved surfaces. It weighs in at just 49 pounds, and features an easily removable 7 lb. 24 Volt 10 amp lithium-ion battery pack with good quality bicycle components. The geometry and ergonomics are very comfortable, and it has a functional suspension fork and seat post, a Velo comfort saddle, ergo hand grips and an adjustable rise stem.
