e-JOE bikes are professionally prepared and tested prior to shipment in our San Diego, CA facility to minimize the possibility of issues. In the unlikely event of a malfunction, the following coverage is provided by the manufacturer to the original owner.
THE LIMITED 1 YEAR FULL COMPONENT WARRANTY
Covers pretty much everything. Includes forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seatpost, saddle, brakes, cables, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, chain, rims, spokes, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, kickstand, reflectors and hardware are warranted to be free from manufacture defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 1 year period from the date of original purchase.
THE LIMITED 1 YEAR BATTERY WARRANTY
Lithium Ion batteries are warranted to be free from manufacture defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 1 year period from the date of th original purchase (cycle life or deep charge up to 70% full capacity).
THE LIMITED 14 DAY FULL REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
If an E-JOE bicycle is not working properly because of a major defect within the first 14 days of purchase, E-JOE Bike, Inc. will repair or replace any defective E-JOE Bicycle at its sole option and expense upon determining whether the damage, failure, or loss is due to a major defect.
E-JOE Bike will have sole discretion to determine whether the damage, failure or loss is due to a major defect or otherwise.
RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event of a return (1 in over 20 years),
due to the costs of shipping, handling, etc., we must charge a 25% charge on any returns.
Sales Taxes and Card fees (4%) are non-refundable
THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY
Magnum Bikes warrants that all new Magnum and LeisgerElectric Bicycles and main components therein sold by an authorized Magnum Bikes retailer are warranted to the original retail purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) years from the date of original retail purchase.
This warranty pertains to any of the essential electric bicycle components that are found defective provided that the product was used in a standard and controlled manner, and that it was maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions manual. Essential components include the bicycle frame, electric motor, battery, display console and controller.
If a defective part is found during the warranty period and the customer notifies us immediately, the seller will repair or replace the part based on his sole discretion. This warranty will be void if any repair or change is performed by any third party aside from an authorized dealer or service center.
It is expressly agreed that this warranty applies only to the cost of repair or replacement of the product and its accessories and the seller is not liable for any financial loss and / or prevention of profit and / or any consequential loss that may be caused by non-standard usage of the product. We hereby inform the buyer that Magnum Bikes is not responsible for any liability that may occur which could possibly apply to the product and / or its user due to the usage of the product and that the customer alone is solely responsible for third party insurance and / or other insurance as required by the nature of the particular product. The seller is not responsible for any possible damage including bodily harm and damage to property. The warranty does not apply if any part of the product is damaged as a result of negligence, an accident, or inadequate maintenance.
As mentioned above this warranty does not apply to the tire, spokes, brakes, rims, and other mechanical components of the bicycle.

- This warranty only applies to the original registered owner of a E-JOE Bike bicycle.
- This warranty is for replacement parts ONLY and does NOT cover the cost of labor or shipping.
- This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, modification, or improper assembly.
- This warranty does not include the covering of normal wear and tear parts (tires, tubes, brakes, etc.)
- This warranty does not cover parts damaged by an attempted repair unless performed by an authorized dealer of E-JOE Bike with E-JOE Bike’s knowledge
